Let the Horse Tame your Fear

0

No, 🖤 you are not meeting more people that are mentally tired or, depressive. It’s many which have opened up by telling about their pain. And I am speaking for so many others, young and old.
It takes enormous energy to keep functioning while carrying the memory of trauma and the shame of weakness and vulnerability.
❄️ The animals, when healed themselves, has a very secure base where our stress hormones can be tamed. #healinginharmony That’s Amore!

Word-less Healing

0

🖤 You never lost me, I only lost myself.

You showed me trust and every day was a new day. No judgement, only encouragement.
You let me take the time I needed since You knew that time doesn’t exist. Despite being abandoned, You never abandoned me.

You who use no words and have no freedom, gave me healing, a belief in myself, a new better version of myself. You gave comfort. You… you gave me my freedom back.
You alone, did what no other humans could do.

It’s time 👑

Emotions are Loud in the Silence

🖤 Emotionally abuse is to often not taken seriously. It cannot always been seen. Or, explained in words by Children and Animals.

When an Animal or Child are sending voiceless actions, it’s speaking to you.

To My Unborn Daughter

0

I wrote this manuscript back in 2000 about child and women abuse. I was single, no children and wanted it that way.

The Editor at the Publishing Company thought it was a page turner. The Chief of the Publisher said no — 👨🏻with the words; “no normal person wants to read about this subject.”

Are we ready now! 💪🏻 I sure am…again.

(❤️ no pity pls, instead 💪🏻)

Grieving Hope

0

Grieving is an important way to say goodbye to a loved one. Painful as it is, it’s a way to remember that you have felt love. Grieving is an important direction towards healing. It doesn’t mean to forget, it only means when time is right, you are ready to give the love you had, to someone else.

You are not replacing. You are starting to understand the meaning of unconditionally love.

When it was time to say goodbye to Gummibear, our beloved rescue horse, was it important to have my children present. Their schools understood when I wrote and explained.

The children and I picked wild flowers while talking about life and death. Not to fear, however, dare to feel, and let go.

There is no ending. Only a new beginning, somewhere else, where the grass is greener.

💚 The way we talk to our children and our horses, becomes their inner voice.

The Awakening Mind

November beauty in southern Germany

An Early morning walk and it’s just you and the silence. A bright calmness is going through your mind and body.

You will not only tell the world that you will finally see and appreciate yourself , you will also tell Universe, that you have finally found your worthiness.

That’s Amore!

Listen!

She was a teenager. Living in an emotionally abusive home. Alcohol was often being consumed by her Father.

She told many adults, asking them for help. Some said she needed anxiety pills. Others said, there was no proof. Some looked at her with sad eyes.

The Father claimed he loved her, but was never present in her life. It sounded good, he lived her. He told stories, and people listened and filled him with sorrows. Those kind of sorrows which filled him with power to continuing destroying the little hope which was being left inside of her chest.

He was a master of lies.

Never before had he pictures framed of her.

He framed pictures and made sure people would see them. He really loves her, they thought, not knowing it was a scam.

She promised herself never to stay silent just to make him comfortable. If it so was the last thing she did!
