Friends Meet Again

They are both former riding school horses from the same place (24 and 26 years old.)

The palomino I picked up in October 2017 and the brown two weeks ago, brought to the same place.

Hello old Friend ❤️

When Your Body Speaks

0

Always listen to your body, they say.

It’s interesting how we can reject our inner hearing to our most important “home”, our body. For months, have I made sure that everyone from children to rescue Animals got a good start in their mornings, followed by snacks and dinner (lunch at school) Me, starts off with coffee and in the afternoon I realize I need to eat something… a croissant.

Dinner time, exhausted to make something for myself makes quick bites of whatever vegetarian food I can find from the refrigerator.

While Rescuing others …..made me realize that I forgot myself.

It’s never to late to teach an old dog sit! Time to change.

Being Heard

0

As many of you already know, Max is back in school after nearly two years of being homeschooled.

He loves school. Especially his teacher from the first day.

Max was very upset for days about the hitting from a boy and being blamed. He didn’t want to go to school if that pupil didn’t get expelled! I have never seen him that upset before and my mother heart ached.

The next morning in the car we did as we always did, our thanks and prayers. However, Max looked smaller in the front seat than normal.

My mom heart sang the prayers, and especially for courage in his little heart. I said it twice. Courage please!

Later that afternoon I went to pick him up outside school. I see his big smile far away. He is waving with a paper in his hand.

He was awarded the diploma for COURAGE!

In Between Rescuing

You need good coffee!

Soon, very soon it’s time to bring home the two horses that we are rescuing from southern Italy.

I am so excited! Two beautiful souls that are going to have their well deserved retirement!

Follow, and you will see what I mean!

Welcome Hope to our Sanctuary

I found her in the mouth of a dog. Actually the dog was great spitting the bird out when I shouted. The dog walked away, and I picked up a wounded Hope. That’s what my daughter named her. Hope….we have hope that the bird will be fine.

I brought her into our Sanctuary– it starting to get crowded.

She stopped bleeding but her wing and one foot is not healed. My daughter feeds her live worms and today I found out that she slept under Olivia’s blanket (together)

We got a New Client

In my home it’s me who brings home wounded or/and homeless animals. Not my children!

Not that they wouldn’t do it, there is no chance I find them first.

However, I am very proud over my children (12 and 10 y) they have become wonderful animal friends. Carrying and showing empathy to both humans and animals.

We welcome Hope into our Animal Sanctuary! We hope you will heal and feel comfortable here!

Learn from Nature!

I am feeling so blessed to have our horses at Hirschof (Southern Germany) Every day I go there I can breath and slow down.

Horses are reading us faster than we are trying to describe ourselves to someone.
