Honesty

Gaslighting is a tactic¬†in which a person or entity, in order to gain more power, makes a victim question their reality. It works much better than you may think. Anyone is susceptible to gaslighting, and it is a common technique of abusers, dictators, narcissists, and cult leaders. It is done slowly, so the victim doesn’t realize how much they’ve been brainwashed.

Many say I am to nice, cut nice. Not to be mistaken by being kind. Nice is someone who apologize for everything, even when someone else did wrong.

I was an easy target ūüéĮ You easily become like that since growing up your mind has been programmed to be confused by adults. As an adult you continue in the same pattern until someone opens your eyes and heart.

Time together with You

0

Volunteering together with my children has always been a joy. I try to do it at least two days a month — do I count all the volunteering hours rescuing animals for our own organization, then we do it every day!

Hands up for America, which is fantastic (many times) with all their different volunteering programs.

You can try new things, get free education, and give back to your community.

When it’s popcorn delivery at my daughters school, it’s a great time to visit her environment. Meet teachers and school friends.

I get another feeling when my daughter tells me about her days, and I am connecting with her stories.

Max had a day off from his school and could join me. Afterwards he told everyone that wanted to listen, he couldn’t wait until he starts middle school.

Little scary, but mostly exiting of course!

This is in an American school, in Germany.

Helping Hands and Hearts

0

In a couple of hours am I meeting a woman I admire in many ways.

She is the founder of the nonprofit organization Kainos. A ministry working against human trafficking and sexual exploitation in prostitution.

Their vision is to see freedom for victims of human trafficking and sexuality exploitation with an opportunity for a new life.

Helping Hand

0

Last Saturday me and my children joined a manifestation in Stuttgart, Germany.

The amazing thing was that it was a manifestation worldwide.

Against human slavery, prostitution and human trafficking. I think it’s important for everyone to join and learn more about the silent tragedy out there. But also the helping hands that are there. And for a victim, it’s very important to be seen, heard and taken seriously.

And especially today when we are stressed and tired, many are unhappy. We disappear daily into Instagram or FB world, maybe dreaming about someone else’s life.

It doesn’t have to big changes right away. However showing support is a big step in the right direction.

And give someone a compliment, send a heart spontaneous to someone and tell the person you thought about them.

If someone shared an emotional help to you, maybe you cannot help, however, you can show the person that you are there!

Don’t be a stranger!

Don’t say later!

We never know what road we have to walk, or when.

You are Never to Old to Fly

0

You are never to old to try new things. As a matter of fact, I will always remember a friends words to me, “Mia, when you stop living that’s when you become old.”

I started to ride a year ago — I think– I am not much for lessons, I get very bored quickly– same for our rescue horse Miracle.

I like to be together with him, listening to what he likes to do. And then, I follow his desire.

Riding out in the Forrest is with mixed feelings. In the start he walks in a good tempo, and we can both look around the beautiful nature. Then, he desires for trotting, then faster and faster. If he could decide, we would cantor through the woods, happily. Even if I would be terrified.

Miracle is 27 year old former school horse from southern Italy. At their place their were no pastures, only outdoor arena and then he would be back in his box.

Where he stays now, it is heavenly with nature, pastures, in and outdoors arenas. He got a big box and a lot of healthy food.

Sometimes we look at the people jumping, and my daughters jumping lessons. It looks fun!

I asked Miracle if he wanted to jump, and he gladly did jump a bunny jump. His ears were forward, his speed fast and …..landed perfectly and made some rodeo happy kicks.

Me, I closed my eyes

thank you. Olivia my daughter for coaching and giggling when your mom is riding. If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t do this.

Miracle, my love, you are bringing out my joy and fear inside of me. How amazing you are.

Winning in Life

0

When Olivia was four years old she attended a horse competition in jumping! She did great, rode up to the judge an d greeted. She had nothing to compare with. It was fun! I had told her early on to respect the horse, to talk and listen to the horse. “You are nothing without your horse, he is your teammate. Respect and be thankful!” I told her.

I often saw her thanking the horse by standing in front of him.

The best part was, all children won! Great message!

She grew up. Had a terrible horse accident broke her femur, but determined to get back again.

Thanks to her teachers that let her grow with time not forced tempo. Today she is a very good rider. A good rider got respect, listens and communicate with the horse.

Today she has rescued together with me four other horses that didn’t receive all the respect they should. However, there were people behind that wanted me to help them.

Olivia listens, grooms them and the. She rides them. But on their own ways.

Olivia got compassion and passion and waits patiently with the competitions. “I am not in A hurry.” She says — even if I see her heart would love too–

Thank you Olivia for being such a wise young beautiful lady, that still sees the horses soul.

Let Women Into your Life

0

To my daughter.

Always believe in yourself. Find women that are not afraid of sharing their wisdom to you. Women that want to help you get stronger and wiser, that want you to succeed in life.

These women will come and go in your life.

Listen and remember, and grow.

Then, you do the same.

Thank you Mi for helping my daughter grow!
