A Daily Doze of Vitamin H

0

During this time with Coronavirus— “keep distance”, has it been no possibility for our two legged clients to visit our horses. But, they have all said the same thing.

They noticed their inner stress level gone up, their thoughts are flying everywhere. They cannot wait until they are allowed to meet the horses again. Their pulse slows down, and it’s like the thoughts suddenly disappears. One woman ones said after 5 minutes together with the horse, “ I feel like I can breathe now!”

Here in Germany in the beautiful Nature area, have we seen a lot of people walking, (hiking)

However, families that bike rides together has been amazing to see. It’s lovely to see so many families (separately) together out in the nature. They stop and looks at the horses. I can see the parents are pointing and talking while the kids listens. Quiet and relaxing!

The families worry of course, but like one woman said, “We try to learn from the horses to stay grounded and in the moment!”

Laying in the grass while Julia is eating. Suddenly, she just stopped and stood there, quiet and nice.

I looked up, and there, a sweet flower was hanging out from her mouth.

It was so peaceful and amazing. I don’t want this moment to end! That’s Amore!

Challenging my Passion and Fear by Being On Line

Challenge of the day! Nervous 🌸

When you cannot meet your audience in person, you speak on line. 🦋

What a great experience today, very different, however, wonderful. Normally, I meet my audience in person. But right now, not much is normal anymore, so we have to make things differently. And that can be a good thing.

The topic was about being an author, and the importance of journaling

When I grew up we called it keeping a diary. It is a place for your thoughts and feelings. It’s a kind of method you use, depending on your mood, and needs at the time (and personality) To be able to feel honest, and not judged.

Your dreams, fears, goals, experiences are important.

What I always love is, we suddenly start to speak about other topics, like bullies, and having reading difficulties etc. (Growing up)Fears and wrong beliefs about yourself.

And I loved their brave questions! I had to be brutal honest in my answers. To share about my own difficulties and fears growing up.

Thank you 5th graders, for listening, but also sharing about your own experiences. And a special thank you to their wonderful teacher. 🦋

Codependents Receiving Support from Horses

0

💚 Codependents are many times having a difficult time finding the help and healing they need. Many times as a codependent, some people can give you the feeling that you chose the situation yourself. A non-drinking person, in a relationship with an alcoholic, is in just as much pain, and need just as much healing, as the alcoholic. etc.

Together with an experienced and passionate therapist you can find a road to healing. However, together with Animals it has shown another kind of successful healing recovery.
The horse/dog makes sure you are taking care of yourself— they give, and together with them, you dare to open up, and honest.

Julia, the horse in the middle, is one of our most fantastic therapists.

Summer Joy

0

The joy I feel, when the horses can go (run) out to their “summer holiday pastures” is an amazing feeling. However, I know that their joy is “explosive happiness” as a little girl told me years ago, while they explores the pasture for the first time, this year.

Our rescue horses, which we rescued — for different reasons, —are extremely happy today, together with some other senior horses. The place is magical beautiful, surrounded with gorgeous nature.

It is a blessing for our, and their souls- hearts- and minds. Being in a moment is a blessing.

Earth Day🌍 Thank You

Fresh Fruit Magic

Every day we are thankful for what our planet is providing to us.

Since my children were very small, we have said the thanks. I wanted them to feel, and also think about the whole chains of acts — good and bad. What kind of support do they want to provide to Her!

Fantastic Carrots for Horses

Always, we are thankful to Mother Earth, and we celebrate her every day by being careful of Her.

Poop Diving Love

Rescue horse Oregon, is the one that keeps me and life going. I am so lucky to have him in my life. Sometimes I do wonder, “who rescued who?”

Oregon is 29 years old and acts like a big American Football player. He can suddenly just come up and push you 20 meters straight ahead. He is determined to move the object which forgot to bring the carrots.

I clean him up while talking. I have no idea what I am saying. We are just having that great conversation. We just are just hanging out together. He looks great, shinny and handsome.

I leave his box for only 30 seconds to get something. When I return, he has done what he loves the most. Poop 💩 diving.

Only love can start over again.

Counting Carrots and Goodies

0

When inside the house the whole days and evenings— except running in the garden, walking dogs. More food is being consumed in our household.

And talk about goodies suddenly disappearing in a blink of an eye 🙂 Different hiding places are being found by them. Their noses are being perfect.

However, the amount of carrots and apples stays the same, but not the goodies 🙂

When questioning who ate all the ice cream, the kids always have the same innocent eyes, even the six dogs.

You got to Love them, two legged and four legged kids. Even when you see the small traces of chocolate on their t shirts.
