Grieving in Different Kind of Shapes

0

Grieving in different kind of shapes. (part 1)

Many of us carry around some kind of grief from different experiences in life. Maybe from childhood, loosing a friend, family-member, or a pet. Grieving can also give us a feeling of not being seen or heard, a deep inner sadness. At school or working-places being bullied, verbally or physically. But it can also be in a sport-club were you are supposed to be included as a team-player but are not being accepten.

Grieving can damage our confidence.

Grieving is ‘normal’ and it’s good to feel the emotion, however, it is important to recognise it, identify and slowly work it through. The importance is to find your inner sparkle again. Maybe your lost motivation.

Working with Animals for the last 25 years has shown me an amazing results of helping humans out of their sadness. Dogs and Cats have during a long time been fantastic companions–many of us knows that. We talk to them, they make us go out (also up from bed) and when we hug and pet them, our body reacts with love.

Horses has been an amazing journey to work together with. They do not judge us, or say things that can make us feel worse. (no eye-rolling there!)

Julia is one of our rescue horses. She can be extremely calm, and got a great amount of patience (if food is not near by) She herself recovered from a depression two years ago.

A ‘Mother’ was going through a bitter divorce, not only with emotionally battles, but also with financially difficulties. The only thing ‘Mother’ wanted to do after a long time of abuse was to have a quiet ‘normal’ life. But she was surprise to find out she was carrying around with a lot of grief, under all the layers of other emotions. Grief was one of the emotions she never thought she would feel–in her mind she should feel happy to be “free” not sad. When we looked a little closer inside of her mind, we found out she didn’t grieve the marriage, she was grieving the lost of her ‘dream’ from having a family. When she mentioned this to some of her friends, they looked at her saying, “Thats not normal! “

But it is ‘normal’ to grieve a dream which you invested hard work in, love and maybe children. When ‘Mother’ heard that, she wrote her grief down in a Journal to put words on what she felt. She had heard about Julia, therapy horse via her psychologist (and contacted me). ‘Mother’ couldn’t afford her own horse, and her daughter was madly in love with horses.

Thanks to sponsors can we give others a ‘stress relive emotional day’ together with the horses. The first thing ‘Mother’ said when she arrived, “I noticed I am breathing slower right now!” ‘Mother’ and her Daughter got Julias cleaning box and started to brush her. Small giggles could be heard from them while brushing her. They took a walk through the forrest in silence, only accepting the moment they had together. Nothing else could be done right then.

Twice a week, on their special days, are ‘Mother’ and ‘Daughter’ coming to the stable to have a couple of hours together with Julia. ‘Mother’ feels more relaxed and have accepted that her former dream she actually can re-change into a new dream.A new beginning for both her and her daughter.

I call it, mentally detoxing.

This happened a couple of months ago, and ‘Mother’ is slowly getting her emotions under ‘control and acceptance’. With different contacts were we able to get a horse for free for them–there are many ‘older’ horses out there that needs/wants a new home. And they are all for free.

They are not sick–many times are they former professional horses that goes into retirement. We call it– ‘Thank You for Your Service Retirement Stable’

Empower yourself with Strong Survivors

0

One thing I learned through the long journey as a victim, was to find strong survivors for support and advice.

These incredible women (and one man ) understands first and foremost, all the different emotions which (many times ) are making it difficult for the mind to move forward.

They are also helping with my recovery and growth, to become whole again. They understand the time it takes. Small steps and big cheers!

What I love with these strong women I am surrounded by, there are never any talk about revenge. Only to get knowledge and love (support) and possibilities for myself. And of course laughters, between the tears.

I wasn’t sure I would like the book which was recommended by the book club I just joined.

But I absolutely loved it. Beautiful written!

And finally, the movie I wanted to see for a long time. I loved it. I noticed several times smiling through the movie. Absolutely fantastic actors.

Cold outside, warm fireplace and fury friends next to you on the couch.

Challenge Climbing

0

for Christmas, Max had got a “climbing experience” gift card from friend Simone.

It was the best present ever.Like many children, Max loves to move around, and it was a thrilling exiting challenge. Even many grownups were practicing for upcoming mountain climbings early this spring.

Me mom, followed them — my son and Simone– around however, of course touching ground the whole time. Me, got tired after a while. (A Tired neck, after all time looking up at the climbers)

A cosy little cafe area was near by, with a fireplace, good coffee and sandwiches, and happily, I brought my book with me.

I have to say that Simone got the biggest patiences together with children. And, I loved the idea of giving this kind of Christmas present — and she even tagged along.

Great for kids to move! Exiting! Family Fun!

In Spite of Life Threatening Experiences, Still She Wags Her Tail

I immediately saw her.  With her big black eyes she sat in a small cage looking curious at me. It felt like she chose me.
I asked the American Animal Organization to adopt the little cute dog Shiloh. They told me that Shiloh’s mother and siblings had  previous week been gassed to death by the state’s dog patrol.

The veterinarian found out that Shiloh had a kennel cough and had to sit isolated for a while. Back home she quickly grew into my family, along with three other dogs.

We moved from the US to new adventures in southern Italy.
The dogs took the long trip better than us nervous dog owners.

One evening, we walked with Shiloh along the wide Italian street. Suddenly a car arrived at high speed and drove over her!! Severely injured, she was taken to the emergency room.
Nobody thought she would survive.

I prayed day and night for her.

“She’s a miracle dog,” the veterinarians told me when I finally brought her home.

The following year, Shiloh got serious problems with her kidneys. She peed blood.

I was told about a great man, Michael, who could cure animals but who had no veterinary license. Michael was also a good homeopath. No other veterinarian had previously been able to cure Shiloh’s kidney problems.
Instead, they thought we should euthanize her.

Michael examined her and asked several questions. Suddenly, he took hold of Shiloh’s side and with his palm he hit her kidneys.
Shiloh shouted out.

I thought he was crazy!
We left, and with us we got some medicine ampoules.

A couple of weeks later she was healthy!

I told our veterinarian.
“She is a miracle dog,” he said again.

Once again it was time to move to new adventures and this time to southern Germany. Again, Shiloh moved with us but this time with 16 other happy dogs.

Today she is 14 years old. A beautiful limping  greymuzzle Senior, but still the same positive attitued as the first time I saw her there in the small cage.

She’s really a miracle dog.

I believe, we have a lot to learn from the animals.
We are what we think. Never give up!

The Animal’s Messages comes to you During the Night

My column for the Swedish Magazine Nara translated into English. Enjoy our important messages from the Other side.      www.tidningennara.se

Suddenly, I woke up by a voice that whispered, Mia! Mia!

Who was that which called for my attention?

I looked out through the window and noticed that the sun was on its way up.

When you are in absolute silence, the messages from the animals can come directly to your heart and mind!

With fast steps I hurried down to the beach, it was something strong that drew me down there. At the beach, there were all the dogs that had been by my side during my lifetime but had left to return to the Other side.

Even different kind of animals that had been found by my side, when growing up. They sat together, looking out over the sea towards the beautiful sunrise.

The Sunrise and Sunset are the two most powerful moments. The animals have a stronger contact with the other side and even our inner soul. We can be many souls together, but the vibrations are the same.

When we are together with humans, we can lower your frequency to our vibration, to a total relaxed level. Then you can communicate with everything in the world, and also with the Other side.

Every night I stand by your bed, I am always following your journey.

During the night, you are more accessible to communicate with.

Why do we not remember you when we wake up?

Your sorrow is already great and when you remember, your sorrow and desire will become greater. We try to heal you during the night, to make you dare to let go of your sorrows and to rejoice with our memories.

We do not have the same karma law as you people because within us we already have all the knowledge that’s needed to achieve inner peace. It is your Karma which you’re practicing on us. You get great opportunities to practice compassionate love and respect with us. Do not close that opportunity when we say goodbye to you, however, keep the same vibration to all those you meet in life. The world needs that love now more than ever.

That’s Amore!

Importan How your Day Starts

lessons-in-life

Morning Glory for all of us. When Animals wake up they take their little time before going out greeting their new day. Stretching and many times they “only sit” still for a moment or two.

Many of us adults start with meditation or yoga, or a cup of coffee in the quietness.

Homeschooling children is a wonderful (right now for us) happening in our life. I try to start a couple of days in the week with some thoughtful words for them to carry with them during the days.

This morning we read this together. I print it out and hang it on our billboard as a reminder.
