This is my pack!
Every early morning are they gathering together in my office to attend our meditation.
It’s an amazing and powerful feeling, when they also”lower” themselves into a pleasant deep meditation.
Occasionally, I hear one of my Seniors snore peacefully in the background. That is a wonderful heartwarming sound to hear.
After twenty minutes mostly of us do the stretch, then breakfast. What a great way to start the day!
I love my pack of “mini Buddhist” as I have always called them.
