❤ When someone finally dares to reach out to you, take it seriously. It’s uncomfortable, but you can save a life.

Start by listening. Be kind. 

The death of a child is always heartbreaking and horribly, horribly wrong. But when a child dies by suicide, it brings a whole different level of grief, pain, and anguished bewilderment to those who cared about the child. 

Let’s take away one big myth. “She/He looks so happy!”

Its a roll, its a surviving mechanism.

Be kind on media, educate/talk to your children. We adult didn’t grow up with the internet–and it was tough already back then. Can you imagine how it is now?
