I have been told that tomorrow the airfairs are going up in price,  the high season starts. We are many people that want to rest, maybe discover new places, or new food, and read new books.

Workin with animal wellness and welfare (isn’t that the same thing?) summer time is our hardest months with many abandon animals. Many people dump their dogs, or put them out in the garden, alone.

Several of the pets are escaping.

Its heart breaking to see many dogs sitting by their parco waiting for their owner to come home. No one opens the door for several days.

Pets lose their instinct and intuition very quickly, and will not survive many days out alone on the streets. Pets do not know how to get food, since we the humans have kept giving it to them. Children that got homes are being served food by their mother or father, and the children wouldn’t survive, for example, on the streets of Brasil together with homeless children. Children that grew up on the streets had to learn quickly how to survive. Just like the starys, but not the pets.
