Babies and Animals are Born Pure

0

With big certainty will you become narcissistic, inherit the narcissistic personality while growing up. If you don’t have anyone in your environment who can raise, and support you in a healthy way.

Babies and young children have an innate sense of justice and empathy. In fact, even animals has, research shows. ( of course that was no surprise for me)

Empower yourself with Strong Survivors

0

One thing I learned through the long journey as a victim, was to find strong survivors for support and advice.

These incredible women (and one man ) understands first and foremost, all the different emotions which (many times ) are making it difficult for the mind to move forward.

They are also helping with my recovery and growth, to become whole again. They understand the time it takes. Small steps and big cheers!

What I love with these strong women I am surrounded by, there are never any talk about revenge. Only to get knowledge and love (support) and possibilities for myself. And of course laughters, between the tears.

No to Silence

0

Psychological abuse leaves no bruises. There are no broken bones. There are no holes in the walls. The bruises, brokenness, and holes are held tightly within the target
of the abuse.

Emotional and financial harm are the common ways to destroy the target.

Every week I hear the same kind of stories from different women. My Mother, one Doctor, Psychologists, Stay Home Moms, one Army Captain, Nurse…. I can go on and on. One thing these women have in common:

They are beautiful smart women, but became targets by harmful men. Not, of course, in the beginning, that would have been to easy.

Groomers, with love bombing and learning how to mimic the women’s dreams. Playfully, like a cat is playing with the mouse. It’s a game.

“Because it’s fun” one man told me. Another man shrugged his shoulders, he just did it! Why? He couldn’t answer.

The silence will keep more and more women in the shame trap, if we don’t speak louder about it, openly.

Your voice is tremendous important!

Your Pain got a Story to Share

0

Every week I meet people that truly want to express their pain, but don’t know where to begin. Pain can be overwhelming.

Many, and especially women also feel ashamed that they got fooled in a relationship. That they stayed to long in a toxic relationship. They trusted their partner, later being left with ignorance, hurt, economically broke and left with debts. They try to fight, but when the system also lets them down, the pain inside grows.

Not being seen!

When friends stops to talk to you, or helping. Maybe they say they feel guilty. Or nothing at all.

Your pain grows like a tumor and you lose hope.

Every week I meet a woman that has the same story as the woman before her, and before….

Few men, but there are men suffering with pain. Many time they don’t want to talk. It’s ok! The heart doesn’t have any knowledge about time, since time is an illusion.

Same goes for animals. No time.

When adults come to meet our therapy horse, Julia. I leave them alone together. I keep of course, a “mom” eye, and especially on Julia How she reacts in the moment, together with the person.

A horse never lies, and has never been wrong about a human.

Please try not to see your pain as something shameful. Grow in it, earn it, and talk. If it’s to a horse, psychologists or……someone you can trust.

That’s Amore!

Your pain gives you a unique insight into the minds of people who have experienced trauma and heartache.

I will Never be Quiet

0

Maybe a pause here and there, to regain my strength again.

It’s not easy fighting the dark side, and sometimes I get hurt. But I get up, and start over again. And again!

I know how it is to be left alone without a voice protecting me. Instead of being bitter, I become the voice I wanted someone else to be.

Empower Celebrations

0

💚 Marriage, engagement, pregnancy, a new child, are all amazing things to celebrate, but they are not the only things. Don’t forget to celebrate your friend who ran a marathon, who left a toxic relationship, who went back to school, rescued/adopted animal(s), who is taking steps to heal from trauma (I can go on and on 😅)

That’s Amore!

Celebrate and empower each other!

Human and Horse Therapists Together

1

I am very excited to see our “quiet” project, back in 2018 named as Giving Back, is becoming known by various psychologist, and different therapists in our area.  And our project is growing!

I am truly thankful, and enthusiastic for their open minds, and becoming more aware that animals, are having a huge impact on us humans healing.

Me and AWL (supporters) are rescuing horses with different kind of mental illness. Some of the horses are having ‘deeper’ depressions than the others.

Me and my daughter, work quietly together with the rescue horses, figuring out with their guidance, how they wants to heal.

Each one of them, shows us which directions they want to go. Since they don’t have the same story, or experiences to tell us, we need to listen extra carefully.

All five horses doesn’t receive the same therapy from us!

Same goes for us humans.

Mental illness doesn’t take a break, and neither can we.
