To be able to visit the stable every day, is an enormous gift.
To be in the moment. Not in the past, nor in the future, but in the moment.
The stillness, hearing the horses breathing quietly, like meditation for the mind, heart and soul.

This picture warms my heart, my mommy heart.
For some reason did I collect all (actually missing one pair that our dog ate) of my daughters riding boots.
From when she was three years-old, riding in south Italy, until now, 13 years-old in Germany.
She had a “break” from riding when she broke her femur, in a horse accident. Ollie was only 9 back then, and it was the worst evening in my life.
I asked her a couple of months later, when she got off her wheel chair, if she couldn’t consider starting playing golf!
Well no way! She got back on the horse(s) and started jumping…however, and recently she started playing polo —one kind of hitting a ball.
I am a proud mother!
That’s Amore!
The time is 19.00 and after a hot day we take Sunshine out for a walk. I walk next to them picking gorgeous flowers.
To be in the silence is the best medicine for mind and body.

Amazing day together with great friends we celebrated our horse Sunshine’s 16th birthday!
Prosecco, Swedish salmon sandwiches, carrot cake and juicy cherries together with songs.
Fantastic was, our friend that is an amazing harp player, came and played amazing tunes.
A happy day to remember!
One wants to walk, the other want to eat!
